My favorite way to relieve stress is by listening to a happy song that make me jump and sing along or my other option is to meditate to clear my mind. So I sing, dance and jump into meditation lol seriously
I like to take long walks with my dog or go hiking (I always call it my "hike solo" time). I tend to isolate myself from others or the situation that caused the stress so I can reflect on how to make things better. I've recently added MC's music to the mix. :]
