So, I'm starting another thread here. Being that Michelle tends to Overthink a lot of things which tends to make her really tired (mentioned this in a radio interview), it sounded like a terrific topic to add in here. What made you think way too much today that weighed heavy on your cranium.
Here's mine from today.
Just got out of my OTAP meeting (Over-Thinkers anonymous program) too much CNN. Now, I'm going to watch a Sponge Bob marathon. I'm finally understanding why a squirrel wants to live in a bubble under the sea with a whole other species.............A girl just got to get away sometimes. HA

I overthink lots of things. Crochet patterns, exercise workouts and what to say to people when you really can't think of anything to say (side effect of social anxiety). I like writing a lot better than talking.

I overthink a lot of things too! It makes me paranoid. For example, I think about my apartment when I'm away. I keep worrying about fire and theft. :/
