Don't get me wrong, I love The Voice, but I'm not sure I'll be too into season 5. It's like, season 4 JUST ENDED and I really connected to Michelle - I almost don't want to connect to anyone else. (Plus I'm going to miss Usher and Shakira until they come back in season 6!)

Having this show air twice a year is way too much. They barely invest in the promotion of their winners as it is. In fact, I'm almost certain Jermaine Paul hasn't even released an album yet. Right now, I think the only way I'm going to watch any of season 5 is if they have Michelle back to perform, like they always have their finalists do. Though there is a huge part of me that's hoping they wait until season 6 for that so Usher will be back. I do want to know what kind of magic potion they're giving Adam, Blake, and Carson to keep them going, though.

IDK if I will watch the next seasons, because I was bored with the show last season, I only watched for MC.

I think I'm gonna try to watch Season 5, but I don't know how far I'll actually go with it.

I'm actually going to watch it because I liked the show before Michelle's season. Even though I know there won't be another person who I even come close to loving as much as I love Michelle, I still really enjoy seeing all the different people being able to connect with the coaches and growing as vocalists. Plus Adam and Blake are hilarious ok.

I think I'm definitely going to watch it, unless it ends up like season 3.. season 3 was really boring. Idk, they weren't all that funny or entertaining (both the judges and the contestants). Hopefully there is someone in season 4 that will make it interesting (like Michelle did) I also think that this season was the most entertaining because of the bond that Usher and Michelle created. I mean, I never really saw that with other contestants, in any season (including season 4). And their relationship was like always put out there and talked about whether it be in interviews or during the shows.. I think that's what drew so many people back. They're both so unique.

I hope they have Michelle come back for a performance! It will be difficult to watch because Christina and Adam actually made me uncomfortable with their "joking around with each other". You can tell those two seriously dislike each other so it's just awkward to watch them being so mean to each other on national tv.

Everyone who isn't going to watch Season 5, I'm just saying, after season 3 I was like I am so done with this show. Both of my favorites didn't make it into the finale and I just thought there wouldn't be anyone who I loved as much as I loved Dez and Amanda. I decided to watch season 4 because it was the only thing on and I discovered Michelle. If I wouldn't have watched it then I probably would have never known about Michelle (aka my life would suck). You just never know what's going to happen!

The night she did the blind auditions there was NOTHING on TV that evening. So, I just had it on that channel......sat down on the couch with an entire glass of tea in my hand. Watched her sing..........knocked the glass over while jumping to my feet. made a mess, but I didn't care. I was just awestruck. Most of my friends live far away, so we were texting each other back and forth waiting for the next show and when she will be on. We RENAMED The Voice to The Chamuel Show. aah...I do miss it. My Mondays and Tuesdays haven't been the same since.

BUT OH MY GOSH I KNOW MY MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS ARE POINTLESS NOW! Like I used to always look forward to them and now I'm just like there is nothing......

I'll probably watch, but it will be weird because Usher and Michelle added a really positive energy to it. But I'll at least watch the blind auditions of course!

The thing that bugs me about The Voice is that country artists always do better than more talented non-country artists.

I think that may be because Blake actually is really invested in his artists and from what I've heard from other viewers, helps them after the show. I think he is the best coach and Usher definitely learned from him when it came to Michelle. But I think until Usher, the other coaches have not been as invested in their artists.

Blake has helped out a ridiculous amount of people. This season alone, he's already set up a bunch of meetings for the Swons and I'm pretty sure I saw that he helped...I can't remember name, something Andrews get in touch with a new label. After season one, he took Dia out on tour with him and recorded a duet for her album. Gwen Sebastian from season two is actually a full-time backup member in his touring band. I think she's working on an album, too. RaeLynn, from the same season, has had performances with Blake, Miranda Lambert, AND her group The Pistol Annies. Miranda has actually been doing some writing with her as well. I know Adam signed Tony Lucca, Christina recorded a duet with Chris Mann, and Cee Lo has done work with both Vicci Martinez and Juliet Simms, but up to this point, Blake probably has been the most committed to his contestants post-show. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Gwen didn't even make it to the live rounds. Obviously I can't say anything about Usher and Shakira's post-show involvement since we haven't had a chance to see it develop yet. With them meeting up in Atlanta, though, it does seem like Usher wants to be involved with Michelle's career. Some will say it was played up for the cameras, but I really do believe their friendship is very genuine, too. Back to the topic of season five, if I were to audition and was anything close to a country artist, I'd pick Blake in a heartbeat. Not because I thought he'd lead me to a win, but because of the four coaches for season five, he'd be the most likely to help me out after my time on the show was done.

The thing that bugs me about The Voice is that country artists always do better than more talented non-country artists. Hey, is it just me or did Michelle have more face time on the show toward the end. I don't know....maybe I was just looking for her everywhere! LOL If they did allow her to have more time, that doesn't bother me at all. It just says people were really focused on her ....and they should be. She was better. Way better. On another note, The Voice will never be able to find someone like her again. Unless...... she makes a surprise visit to the next season. Oh, now that may make me watch next season!

If she doesn't come back season 5, I feel like she'd come back season 6 because that's when Usher's back! I don't know if I'll be able to even stomach a whole season without Usher and Shakira. Cee-lo is kind of innapropriate in that he'll be super flirty with the young contestants he thinks are hot. Ugh. And then Adam/xtina's "banter". At least Michelle and Usher each separately brought a positive energy.

I plan on watching The Voice until someone I like actually wins! Plus although I Love Usher I look forward to seeing Cee-Lo back. I am looking more forward to Michelle's Solo Album in September though. Funny how they both happen on the same month.

I'll definitely be watching Season 5. I only got into this season because of Usher and I'm so glad I did because it introduced me to Michelle who I of course adore and now I can't help but wonder what other surprises this show can bring me!

If Michelle makes an appearance, than I will definitely watch that one episode. michelle should be back sometime in the last three episodes of season 5 to perform something hopefully. that's what they've done in the past. remember this season they had nicholas david and terry mcdermott and cassadee pope back, so hopefully season 5 they'll have michelle and danielle and the swons back to perform. unless they save michelle for the season 6 finale because usher won't be there season 5, who knows. i'm sure a return appearance is in her NBC contract.

I decided to watch the auditions for season 5 and I can't find one singer that I would be willing vote for on iTunes ( and spend my money like I did with Michelle). However, I might watch the battle rounds, and maybe continue on to knockouts...maybe it is just too early.
