Hey Frans!
I thought it would be cool to see what we all have in common, hobby wise. I love playing piano, running, listening to music, writing, and just hanging out with friends. What do you y'all do on your spare time?!

When I'm by myself, I like listening to music, writing poetry/short stories (anything longer and I surrender), and experimenting with graphic design (I'm also trying to teach myself French!). But whenever I go out, I LOVE seeing Broadway and off-Broadway shows!

I'm also a writer! Except I don't know if that technically counts as a hobby since most of my recent writing has been for class, but I say it does. When I'm not doing that or working in the Frandom (which has actually turned like the best full time job for two or three weeks now) (except for the getting paid part), I'm usually either on the hunt for new music, jamming to old music, or rocking out with my really crappy early-2000's cover band. I also do art and stuff. So, basically anything that involves using the right side of my brain.

tunebomb maybe we should have a new thread for sharing music too?  I love hunting for new music too! That's one of my hobbies. I also take photographs but I'm not that good. Meh. But I'm trying to learn it. I really want to be good at it but I'm not seeing it as a career since I am already working as a SysAdmin. And I read a lot of YA and Dsyoptian books. Well, I actually read any books even if it's a bad one. oh and of course, listening to music.

In my spare time, I'm usually drawing (either in my sketchbook or my tablet), playing video games, or watching Youtube videos. I'm part of a TON of different fandoms on the Internet (which most consist of certain Youtubers, but I have been trying to start watching Doctor Who lately and of course, I'm always hanging around the Frandom). Since I absolutely love video games, I go to a gaming convention in Boston every year which is quite awesome because I've gotten to meet so many of my Youtube inspirations. And of course, I love listening to music. I hang out with my friends/my boyfriend a lot and we usually go bowling sometimes. And I can't forget the summer trips up to Cape Cod! |

I do a lot of writing, drawing, reading, listening to music, and riding my longboard. I also play basketball. When I'm not alone I'm usually with friends, riding longboards, at the mall or watching movies, I'm an introvert so I do almost everything in my room.

I love to sing pretty much any type of music but, mostly pop/rock/blues/R&B and a bit of country. I love going to the mall and buying clothes, makeup, wigs, heels, etc. cause I'm known as the fashionista in my family and I dress up in drag. <3 I have two cats that I love to give attention to. They are kings. Besides that, I'm a part of the Big Time Rush fandom. We are known as Rushers and I love watching RuPaul's Drag Race. I have actually talked to quite a few of the queens from season 5 and one that I have a good feeling will be on the upcoming season of RPDR. Being a part of the Chammies has just become my newest and funnest hobby as of late though. I love you all more than y'all know. This is the best fandom I've been apart of. <3 |

I spend most of my time doing homework (boring I know), but when I'm not doing that I'm practicing my clarinet, playing in orchestra, or being addicted to tumblr. I also love reading and listening to music. (It's also really fun to do both simultaneously.) I used to be really active in all kinds of sports, but I gave those up to continue pursuing my music. I'm really introverted and shy, so like Michelle, music really give me a way to connect myself with others and to show my emotions. I would say as of right now though, my main hobby is fangirling over Michelle. (I also like to watch all types of science and medical shows and I love House Md and Grey's Anatomy.)

i play the piano and i'm majoring in video production so i love all aspects of that but especially video editing. currently i've been hired to edit a zombie webseries for youtube which is what i should be doing right now instead of posting on this forum hahahaha

I'm a theatre kid I used to be in the shows, but auditioning terrifies me, so I've gotten into Stage Management. I also sing in a choir. I used to have other hobbies like swimming and Irish Dancing, but I don't do any of those anymore. oh, and I frangirl |

I love running and try to do that for at least an hour every day, but other than that I love to read and write. During the school year thats about all I do in my free time, but since summer started I've been finding myself on Netflix and tumblr a lot more... oops. I also always have music playing!

Well, lets see.......there was a broad spectrum of things that I USED to do that I just don't do anymore... I would like to return to refinishing antiques (Furniture). I still build furniture when I have the time. Friends and co-workers ask me to help out with projects they have and I will usually do it for them or help them out. I used to write ALOT...miss that. Love cooking....always making stuff and bringing it work for everyone to eat. This summer I have been particularly busy with grilling .. found a really great recipe for Grilled Peaches .... freakin badass with Lamb and Asparagus. But, my music is my deal. I used to play....still have three guitars sitting in the house. But, life just turned a page with me and I just listen. I find awesome stuff on sound cloud all the time....virtually unknowns just puttin' out there...
I have a HUGE vegetable garden in the back yard.......do you think 12 tomato plants is way too much? Yeah...Love getting my hands dirty.
I run 3 days a week....and try to get in a work out at the gym if I can get off work at a decent hour. Used to do it like a maniac, but once again...work fills in most of the time.
Working....Working.....Working.....and sleeping. Now.....recently....posting on this site.

You guys are all so interesting! all I do is live on my social networking sites, watch tv, and go to the gym. Actually, before the frandom I would go to the gym almost everyday. Now I am addicted to the frandom and it's a miracle if I make it to the gym twice a week.....

My hobbies are writing poetry and short stories. All fiction. Nothing ever published, just for fun. Crocheting. Listening to music. Singing only to myself or to annoy my family members. Cooking vegetarian food. Last but not least working out with walking workouts 6 days a week.  |
