Grenade was mine...it gets me every time. The way the strings came on stage ever so casually. It was beautiful.

Hmm, this is a tough one! I'd probably have to say Grenade just because she does an AMAZING job on the vocals and it's a lot more difficult than it seems. But I really do like I Knew You Were Trouble as well - not my usual style of music at all but her version's definitely got the "rock 'tude" that I love. But, man, True Colors... THIS IS TOO HARD.

Dang that's a hard one..I have sooo many lol but IF I have to choose one it would be Call Your Girlfriend because trust me I would call my girlfriend for her (good thing my girlfriend can't see this) and if I had to choose another one it would be I Knew You Were Trouble she looked hot and did that song better then Taylor Swift

I really loved Grenade, but Call Your Girlfriend was my absolute favorite. I think that it was the first time that we got a glimpse of the way she wanted to be presented as an artist.

All of her performances were so amazing. We all know that. However, I love Call Your Girlfriend and Clarity the best because they're close style of music that she wants to make, so I think she was the most excited about them. Plus she was hot in Call Your Girlfriend and the stage was so cool in Clarity!

Call Your Girlfriend because it was just perfection. All of her performances are perfection. But that one seriously just fed my soul.

"One" is my absolute favorite.
I think "Grenade" is her best, but my favorite was probably "I knew You were Trouble."

Call Your Girlfriend is the one I keep going back to as well. It's just so fun and she looks so at home doing it (understandably). But I also love Raise Your Glass, Trouble, and Why. I really, really loved the climax of Why when she was just BEAMING, likely imagining the journey she'd made over the last few months. I was such a proud fran that night

Ummmmm...I think it might be Just Give Me A Reason. It is the one that lead me to Tumblr and therefore all of the Frans. But honestly, I just really love them all

This is difficult because all of her performances were the bomb!!! But I have to go with "I knew you were trouble" just because she rocked out on that stage MAJORLY in that performance and because it impresses me how she had the ability to take a popular, hit song and make it her own, outdoing the original artist of the song!!! Now that's what you call a true prodigy!!!

Mine would be Raise Your Glass. She was amazing during her blind audition, but somehow she was an underdog, and they decided to skip her Titanium battle round (which greatly disappointed me). This knock-out round was the point when she finally had a chance to reveal her potential as an artist, and her true colors as a person (which helped Usher end up choosing "True Colors" for her for the next round). I could totally feel her great energy, her burning passion, and her amazing talent in this performance. It was also special that at that early stage of the show, she had already connected herself to others while deciding to sing this song. ("All my underdogs, we will never, never be - Anything but loud, and nitty gritty dirty little freaks.")

Wow, um... I love Call Your Girlfriend because of her badass dancing skills. Clarity was amazing! I also loved Somewhere Only We Know because of how she builds it up and it just explodes towards the end.

I Knew You Were Trouble is my absolute favorite. She just turned that song into her own. But I also loved Grenade, Just Give Me A Reason and Why. Also, her performance with OneRepublic is another favorite, especially since I'm a fan of theirs so it was even more amazing for me.

Call Your Girlfriend because she was really great on that. She even did some of Robyn's dance step. It amazed me that she really took time to study the song and even the moves.
IKYW because we saw how she really moved in the stage. I was actually pretty calm after watching that performance because I knew that she'll make it.
Just Give Me a Reason and Grenade for the exceptional emotions. You can just feel her emotions. Period.

Michelle said around finale time that she would call "Grenade" her defining moment, and I'm pretty inclined to agree. She didn't have a single performance I didn't like so it's a really tough choice. There's just something about her performance of "Grenade" that gets me. There's so much emotion and intensity - she just completely embodied that song. You can see, if you watch the entire segment including judges' comments, that it actually takes her from the end of her performance until Usher starts talking to really get back into a "normal" headspace. That's really the hallmark of a truly great performer and artist.
I have to give props to both versions of "(I Knew You Were) Trouble," though. Michelle gave that song exactly what it needed to be great, and I say that as someone who doesn't care for Taylor Swift in the slightest. The first rendition was a 'sit on the edge of your seat holy crap is this really happening this is ridiculously awesome I didn't know this was actually a good song look at that spinning move!' moment, while the reprise was just three and a half minutes of pure rock and roll. I loved the bit when she walked down and across the judges platform.

That's honestly a really tuff question because I loved them ALL!! But my favorite to watch would have to be Call Your Gorlfriend! My favorite one to listen to would have to be Skmewhere Only We Know and Grenade, her vocals in those two songs just... Omg..

All of her performances were perfection but my favorite would probably have to be Somewhere Only We Know, just something about her voice just really got to me on that one but man, True Colors is a classic.

Favorite Voice Performances from Michelle.... This is hard. 1. Grenade ( I love the part where she is like " What you don't understand" and she goes down to the ground...so felt that I was like DAMN!!) 2. Just Give Me A Reason 3. Call Your Girlfriend 3. Why and Clarity ( TIE)
All her performances are good. I just want to select them all.
